Terms of Service

Before a video is processed, the sender confirms with a button tap that they own the material or hold a license to use it, and that they have the consent of everyone who appears or is heard in the video to cut and publish clips from it. Without this confirmation nothing is processed. Responsibility for the accuracy of the declaration rests with the sender alone.

Frankie cuts existing moments out of your video, adds captions and prepares a vertical frame. Frankie never generates new footage, never changes what was said, and never adds people, voices or things that were not in the video. Every clip is a real segment of the source.

• Source length: 5 minutes to 3 hours, and up to 8 GB per file.
• WhatsApp video message: up to 16 MB. WhatsApp document: up to 100 MB.
• A larger file is sent through a share link (Google Drive, Dropbox, Vimeo, a direct link) or a browser upload.
• A source longer than 30 minutes needs your approval of the cost and estimated time before work starts.
• English-only videos are not accepted at this stage.

YouTube links are supported on a best-effort basis only. YouTube blocks downloads from time to time, and if a download fails we will ask you to upload the file another way. Such a failure is not charged.

Usage is measured in source minutes. The price per source minute is shown before every job, locked when you confirm and never raised afterwards. The number of clips does not change the price.

On the self-serve plan you are charged in US dollars through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and issues the receipt. The name on your card statement is Lemon Squeezy's.

The managed plan, where the Frankie team handles the work itself, is billed in shekels through Grow and comes with an Israeli tax invoice.

Refunds are given only for unused balance. Source minutes already used for a delivered job are not refunded. Three cases are never charged: no speech was detected in the video, the source is temporarily blocked, or the source is a live stream.

You may not send Frankie videos that include:

• Material you have no right to use or publish.
• Minors without the consent of their guardian.
• Sexually explicit content, extreme violence or incitement.
• Material intended to mislead, to impersonate or to invade another person's privacy.

A job that breaks these rules is stopped, and the balance used on it is not refunded.

A clip is published only after you approve it yourself, in the dashboard or with a tap on a confirmation button in WhatsApp, and only the version you approved. Editing a clip cancels its approval. The bot never publishes from a free-text message.

When you connect a social account, publishing through Frankie is also subject to that platform's own terms. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. How Frankie handles data from each platform, and how to revoke its access, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Frankie makes a reasonable effort to deliver good-quality clips within the estimated time, but does not guarantee any particular result, views or success on social networks. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
